TURNAROUND TIME:  Act III Promotional Products represents over 3000 factories making over 600,000 different promotional products.  Lead time varies, but since each job is custom, the average lead time for promotional products orders is about 3 weeks.  The turnaround time for any individual promotional product can be shorter or longer.  Sometimes we can shorten the lead time for you, and some of our factories offer Rush Service for a fee.  The only way to find out is to ask.  Please specify on your order if you have a MUST IN HANDS DATE.  If you must have your order in less than 3 weeks, we suggest you or call us at 212-868-1813 to discuss your requirements before you place the order.  Act III makes every effort to accommodate our customers.

Act III normally requires a $500 minimum order for new customers.  Please or call us at 212-868-1813 if you would like to discuss whether we can waive this minimum order requirement. Orders for new customers are normally by credit card only.

Need a RUSH? While the typical turnaround on Promotional Products orders is 2-4 weeks, depending upon the factory, and import orders can take much longer, Act III specializes in RUSH orders.  We have a network of factories that can imprint promotional items within anywhere from 2 hours to 6 days—click here.
