In a bind? We can help. Average turnaround for promotional products is 2-4 weeks, and up to 3 months for direct imports, but we have developed a network of factories around the USA who specialize in rush service. See below for art work requirements*; we can help you adapt your art, but it will save you time if it’s in the format below*.
We are happy to help with your rush orders, but we ask that you be realistic. Our factories will be creating custom work for you very quickly; that may mean waiving of proofs, & it will certainly mean that not all of the 600,000 products we carry are available to you in a rush. You may have to pay extra—we’ll do our best, but again, please be realistic. We do not accept rush orders for below minimum quantities.**

Leeds Promotional Products offers SureShip next day shipping on many of their products. Your art must be camera ready—see below re art. Bags, gifts, lights, portfolios, & more. FOB PA.
Logomark offers Advantage 24, their free one day rush program, one color on up to End Quantity, 2-color on up to 1000 pieces. Pens, bags, clocks, drinkware, games, tools, & much more. FOB CA.
MegaFast will do their best to accommodate rushes at no extra charge. Average production time is 3.79 days. Mugs, sports bottles, stadium cups & supplies, coolers, much more. FOB MO.
Crown will do a 3 day rush at no extra charge. Great prices! Writing Instruments, Business & Office Accessories, Bags, Health & Beauty, Travel, & more. FOB AL.
Vitrionic has 2, 4, & 6 day rush programs for some of their products at no extra charge. Crystal, Umbrellas, Headwear, Golf, Calendars, more. FOB OH.
Bulletline offers many products on 3-day rush, and some on a one-day rush; there is an extra charge for these services, as is clear on the site. Pens, office accessories, carabiners, bags, much more. FOB FL.
Lanco 2 HOUR!, 1 day & 3 day rush service are available at an extra cost for many items, as is spelled out on the web site. Food Gifts, Candles, Badge Holders, Carabiiners, Health, Outdoors, Pens, Tools, Knives, much more. FOB NY.
Promotional Apparel: Most of the tees, caps, & golf shirts linked to on this page (with the exception of American Apparel & Alternative Apparel) are available for 5-day rush—please call or email.
*Camera Ready Art: For the fastest service, please supply all vector art—ideally an Adobe Illustrator EPS file with no embedded images. We can convert your art, but add 24 hours plus a fee which will vary depending upon the complexity of the art. For rush jobs, most factories offer spot color only, with no process half tones, gradient, or Photo Real. Some factories will only accept one color one location jobs for rush service.
